1. PASTA
Pasta is usually made from durum wheat semolina flour and water, with or without eggs. Pasta with eggs should contain at least five whole eggs for every kilogram of semolina. Only natural ingredients such as tomato, basil, spinach, truffle or squid ink can be added to the color or taste of dried pasta. However, recently pasta made from ancient cereals, such as spelled, or peas, has become increasingly popular. Pasta is usually made from durum wheat semolina flour and water, with or without eggs. In Malaysia, there are ready-made Pasta sticks.
