Keropok Lekor is one of Malaysia's favourite affordable tea-time snack (if not within the Top 10). It comes in a few forms, their fried versions are usually done either thin and crunchy, or thick and chewy. However, for those opting for something a little healthier, you can also try out the steamed version, which smells and tastes a little more fishy compared to the fried one. Whichever your preference may be, you're definitely in for a treat! Keropok lekor also recently came with cheese as a flavor enhancer. it either becomes a dipping sauce or is poured over hot keropok lekor.
