Koiyaki (Koi Ice Cream) | Trendy Food

Koiyaki snatches the hearts of ice-cream lovers with its creative take of this dessert. Japanese ice-creams of various flavours, such as Hokkaido milk, green tea, and hojicha, are fitted in a crispy taiyaki instead of the usual ice-cream cones. The addition of tapioca pearls and chocolate or matcha sticks further increases the appeal of the ice-creams.
