Fine mushroom Italian food that Malaysia favorite too

The most tender and expensive mushrooms are Gallinaci, Porcini and Ovuli mushrooms. They are prepared sauteed in a pan with olive oil, some garlic and parsley and made into antipasto or with pasta.
