Vada is one of Malaysian Indians favorite breakfast

Vada is one of favorite.among the delicious Malaysian lentil flour donuts, seasoned with onions, chili and curry leaves. They used to eat it for breakfast in India with sambar and fresh coconut chutney of crushed coconut, mint and green chilies. Most Malaysians use sambar to eat vada. It is called sambar vada. Sambar comes with almost everything available in south india, it's a light sour vegetable soup, with lots of curry leaves and some lentils for protein. It is usually served at your table from a large metal bucket. Very tasty.
